SYQEL Spotlight: SCOPE ELEMENTZ

New Jersey-based SYQEL user “Scope Elementz” has been using the platform since its inception. As a music producer and DJ, he appreciates the AI-Powered visual experience as a worthy tool in his DJ kit and regularly streams on Twitch using SYQEL. We sat down with him to hear how and when he uses SYQEL and what projects he’s working on currently.
Interviewer [I]: Okay, so first of all – what kind of music do you produce and play?
Scope Elements [SE]: I mix a variety of different music; I mainly do hard-style/hard-core, UK hard-core, happy hard-core. Recently, I’ve also discovered a huge love for drum and bass music which I also produce and DJ alongside the dance music I usually produce.
[I]: How often do you use SYQEL and what do you use it for?
[SE]: So I use it pretty much every time I stream [on Twitch]… I would say I’ve probably used it a couple hundred times at this point. I connect it to my desktop audio so the visuals react to the sound that’s coming out of my equipment.
[I]: Do you think it adds something more exciting to your streams?
[SE]: 100%. It provides a really nice visual show, as well as people being able to see me DJ and everything.

[I]: So you use the Lifetime Subscription version of SYQEL which means you have the full product for life. Do you think the Lifetime Subscription is a good deal for what you get?
[SE]: I think it’s worth it honestly. It’s such a small investment compared to what you’re going to have to invest in as an artist or as a DJ because equipment is expensive.
[I]: As live music and events transition back to normal, do you think SYQEL can be integrated into shows and performances from now on?
[SE]: I would definitely like to implicate it at some point, I think it would definitely be a smart move. Especially for show runners that can’t afford to have their own visuals – having really good visuals is not cheap – and if you’re in a position where you can’t afford to pay someone for visual tech you can use SYQEL.
[I]: Definitely. So what projects do you have coming up that people can look out for?
[SE]: I have a lot of cool things that are coming, unfortunately I can’t announce it yet. Something I do have happening is me and my friend Rob Gee (@therealrobgee) – who is a hardcore gabber music legend – me and him are doing some really cool small intimate shows. We have another one coming up soon. Stay tuned on social media, we’ve got a lot of cool stuff coming.
[I]: Last question. So are you a Windows or Mac person?
[SE]: Windows, hundred percent.
[I]: Thank you so much! I will keep an eye out for your new stuff!
[SE]: No problem, it was nice meeting you! Thank you!
